I am looking to choose a new control panel for windows 2003 server. Currently, we are using HELM 3.2.11. I am confused to choose between Plesk and dotnetpanel. Can anyone suggest me which is more user friendly and better in terms of features available?

If you are going to sell web hosting then go with Plesk.

You can use the Plesk but I think DotNetPanel has more features than Plesk.

We have several Plesk servers running on Windows and it's going great!
On linux it's another story, but go for Plesk if it's for Windows

I had a testing with Dotnet Panel on my few of windows servers and its just works great , having more features than plesk and reliable too.
I will recommend go with Dot Net Panel.

DotNetPanel is not as good as plesk.
Plesk has more features.

Kind of up in the air on this one. I've seen both run pretty seamlessly, though it depends how many servers/clients you're managing. I find Plesk pretty standard for speed regardless how many accounts you're managing with it, where the dot net panel/helm tend to bog down after a couple thousand clients.
The decision's got to be left to what features you absolutely want to be able to run from your panel. Personally, I favor dot net in that respect.
