Good Morning,
It's actually pretty easy as long as the WHM is working properly. I would start by using the Cpanel WHM tool to copy over the site.
Login to WHM
Click Copy an account from another server
Remote Server Type: Pl*sk
Complete the rest of the options and click Transfer Account.

Yes, the "Copy an Account from Another Server" option in WHM should do the needful for you
http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/vie...cs/CopyAccount
However, if that doesn't work, the only option you have is to create the account in WHM and manually transfer the data. You can either Ftp the data on the cPanel server OR if you have the root access to both the servers, you can rsync the websites home directory and databases directly.| LinuxHostingSupport.net

If you have root access to both the Plesk and cPanel/WHM servers, feel welcome to contact our migration team for free migration assistance: http://migrate.cPanel.net

We will be glad to let you know what file formats and file locations cPanel/WHM uses for mail etc. However, you would be best familiar with how you have organized files on your existing situation system. As a result, you performing a manual migration to cPanel/WHM would be advised in such a situation.
