I want to rent a dedicated server to host online games,not for some company just for basic/public server for friends.

I live in kuwait and the dedicated servers here are way to expensive.The servers or UK are around 170-210 ping for counter strike game and suppose its fine for gaming.

So can you give me a solution for a cheap dedicated server with the following specification.

AMD or Intel - 2.0
1GB RAM
20-40GB HDD
100MB Duplix Bandwidth.
Lunix OS
24/7 uptime

all these will do.

I also wanted to know some dedicated server say about monthly Traffic,i don't know how much is needed for a 26 player counter strike server per month.

france looks like the right place for you, to get close to 100ms ping. look for france servers in the offers section.

Except if you are thinking of OVH, they will not sell to a Kuwait customer.

Probably the Netherlands would be a better choice. There are a number of hosts in the Netherlands that could offer reasonable prices and connectivity that would meet your requirements.

Fance ping - 230 and netherland ping -280
My net here is 2mb but people with 512kb or lower will face major lag with ping of 210+.
None are good,there will be lag if pings are more then 210.
so i guess uk is better.
I am not so good at searching,so could you please find me some site.

This is a roughly the average ping for kuwait counter strike.

Germany - 400+mm
Romania - 500+mm
France - 230+mm
Netherland - 250mm
Bulgaria - 470+mm
Turkie - 500+mm
UK - 190+
Middle East - 150+ ( dedicated server is dam expensive 50KD/m = 173.22USD/m )

Im looking for 15KD/m = 51.97USD/m

So a UK server is better,cause for the past 1 year,UK server is always arround 190mm but remaining all fluctuate.

I would really recommend more RAM for game servers. A min of 2 gigs. 1 is pretty good for normal sites
