I can't find any until now.. But you may use LiveZilla with Wine on Linux.. Should works fine..

your best bet will be to go with a browser based solution, the likes of crafty syntax, or for a limited version you can use zopim

I don't think Livezilla can run on wine, I do know that HostBillapp is a billing system that has built in live support its really cool..
CraftySyntax is another support script that is really good, it runs of PHP in your browser.

we use whmcs now i found a livechat module for whmcs,
i go to try trial's version of it

Livezilla and Crafty are common examples. And as others have mentioned you're better going with the software/service that has the "browser based" operator console - that way it works with most any OS, especially if you have multiple computers you use...
