We it is about time that I gave a big thumbs up to
KnownHost, have been a client of theirs for more than 6 months and their support and service is absolutely amazing and their support staff are really fast in answering tickets that I open to them and they act on situations as they come to hand.
Their responses are always well informed and are easy to understand, I am not sure what other host could offer the high standards that KnownHost does, absolutely incredible.
Support
Ann, Sara, William and the team are all very clever at what they do and they have helped me as much as they can in resolving certain issues that I have had over time and all have been resolved in the quickest of times.
If I open a ticket the team will keep me informed of their updates on the processes of the problem and will inform me when they have come to a conclusion or a fix. The team really goes in depth to find the problem then to a solution - Superb!
Sales
The Sales Team, where to begin. I talked to a nice gentleman forgive me as I have forgotten his name, however, I asked for a new server and asked for information about implementing it, new prices, and so on.
He informed me that it would be implemented in 3hrs or so max and it was not even 3hrs to when I paid that it was all setup and ready to roll... I will admit their were a few minor technicalities but these were resolved in the same day.
I am very impressed with the Sales side of the business.
Billing
What can I say, never had to contact their billing department. I always pay my invoices on time, though going from the Sales and Support side of things, I am sure their billing department is just as excellent.
Conclusion
If you are looking for a stable, well known, trusted and reliable service provider that actually cares about it's customers then KnownHost is the place to go!
I can assure you that as long as you are hosted with KnownHost you will never feel let down and what can I say the uptime for my VPS through them is very good.
So a big thank you to the team over at KnownHost for such a superbly run business, even though I am a pest to their support staff they are always friendly and courteous !!!!

and all is strong. but took them 13 to 14 hours to set me up. I guess I got them at a tuff time. Actually maybe they should up 1 day on the cycle since I ordered the day before it was setup. but i'm nitt pinkin' on that I guess. but can't beat the 12 bucks the first month. 
that was the morning I woke up at 4:30 am freaking out (freaking since problem all the time at this point) at my Futurehosting VPS with "Page created in 114.754 seconds with 20 queries." Was the last straw..
