I have been working in SEO from some years with good results and now I'm starting to work also for others.

Now I need to provide monthly reports to my customers.

Can I ask you how can do that and which software do you use?

Once generated, is possible to share them via WHMCS?

Also, is any SEO here using WHMCS for billing your customers?

How do you measure the good results? If you have only a small number of customers, maybe you can just give them a modified version of what you already do for yourself?

I think the IBP business edition would be really helpful for your purpose. You could offer customized SEO reports for your different customers.

I would have to agree with AirJordansHead as I use IBP Business myself but if you're just starting out it does come at a steep price of $495.95.

Now I use IBP on most basic projects such as from my freelance sites and small business sites. I've had a couple corporate clients which required a more involved report. But corporations have to deal with both management, Board of Directors and Stockholders so a different kind of client than working with small businesses.

Well, I'm not used to use any of your suggestions, but I suppose I will export my reports in Excel, and send to customers. Customers always enjoy to use Excel :-D

Can I upload files to the customer WHMCS private area?

If you're just starting out, Excel sounds like a great option indeed. So many businesses don't control expenses at the beginning...
