I ordered servers a few days/weeks back and their sales support is great. Josh and Dominique are great guys. They also offer amazing servers at amazing prices that is hard to beat. I love them and I love the servers they offer to the max. I'm thinking of placing an order for my third server again with them. I sooooooooo love the server and the speed.
I just have some problems with their cpanel license. Apparently their partner NOC for cpanel changed the license for an IP by mistake. So now I am still waiting for it to be corrected. Their partner NOC responds very slow when it's about cPanel licenses which is really disappointing. I have a server with that partner NOC as well and they mistakenly expired the license with one server of mine. So it's really a hassle and disappointing. I'm not surprised that VD will experience the same service and mistake from this NOC and to be honest, I am pissed off with this problem, so volumedrive has to watch out as they might get bad reviews because this problem. Even though the problem is with their partner NOC, as the server and the cpanel license is bought from VD, VD might be mentioned in this bad reviews.
