Are these drives any good? When i looked them up i felt like they were over priced compared to the other drives that have TRIM support.

I was reading up on them, they just released a firmware update, and trim support should be coming soon so they should be getting better. Its going to improve from the 5400rpm drive my laptop has so for me I dont really care

Ryan,
Do these work in Macbook Pros? If so, I'll take one, if available still.

Jacob,
It depends what generation macbook it is, I bought this for a macbook using DDR3 and it did not work, the explanation I got from Patriot was the tech using ddr3 is alot quicker and dumps data to quick on the drive, so as a rule of thumb DDR3 no, I did stick it in my desktop using DDR2 and it worked fine, I bought 2 so he should have 1 left.
I am just using DDR2 and DDR3 as rough benchmarks it has alot to do with the operating system and CPU aswell, but thats the dummy explanation I got from Patriot so figured I would possibly save you some headache
