Hello,

I currently have a server in russia and I would like to upgrade.

Specs arent really that important but I would like something along the lines of

quad core
4 or 8 gb ram
250 hd is fine but doesnt matter if its more
100 mb line (possibly 1 gig)
Atleast 3-4 TB of BW
windows server 2003 or 2008

This datacenter must overlook web spam complaints. NOT email spam

You'll be paying a high price for an offshore dedicated server with those specifications.

Price doesnt really matter at the moment, its more getting what I need

If price doesn't really matter to you, I would suggest you to do a google search on "Offshore dedicated server" - http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=...bc9ba0718e9555

There are plenty of offshore available.

Yes but if you read my whole post, it said it needs to overlook web spam complaints.. obviously i am dumb and know there are plenty of offshore hosts out, but that is why i posted the details.

I am not sure if this is allowed with some other offshore companies but they are still some of the offshore hosting provider will overlook web spam complaints. The only way to find out if they allowed this is to contact them via email.

Correct, by reading their TOS it really helps. However, you will not finding any sales representatives themselves to post in your threads about their services because it is against the rules of WHT.

So you gotta try the hardest way
