Have you pointed your domain name to your new host/server?

You could need to update the IP on everything?

What does your host say?
Ask alibabahost to fix Reverse MX A records (PTR) for your domain.

If you're really sure that your nameservers and their IP have been changed to your new host's nameservers and they have propagated properly, I think you will need to contact your new hosting provider and ask them to check the issue and help you fix the problem.

Yeap, any changes made in the DNS can take approximately 24-72 hours to get propagate through all over the network.

Yes. If you are confident that the changes were made correctly. Wait. Check again in 24 hours. In most cases 24 hours would be more than sufficient.

If the site is set up on both ends, there should be no time where the DNS doesn't point to one or the other. If it was working before the DNS changes were made, and it stops working, that is a sign that the DNS has propagated, and something is wrong, either with the new DNS record or the configuration of the new hosting.

All I see is this:

It doesn't look like everything was copied over correctly - if you did the transfer yourself maybe you should have the provider give it a shot and if they did it maybe you should try another provider who can [properly] transfer your data?
