I concur, live support has been consistently staffed (part of my decision-making process), knowledgeable and professional.
Their custom made control panel also differentiates them from some providers who just slap HyperVM/SolusVM onto their packages.

serverFFS has always had great live support, helpful, professional, and does the job for you most of the time! Not only their staff is helpful, but if you're let down by them, which rather wouldn't happen, you can go to their IRC and get the help you need from the community! I've had VPS from serverFFS since the start of this month, and I haven't regretted once for ordering it! Unfortunately, I used different providers before. Now that I've seen what serverFFS is like, I won't go with anything different than serverFFS from now on Oh, and don't forget to check out their specials. serverFFS is actually a hosting company that focuses more on you(the customer), than the money. Just my honest thoughts.
