Server with lots of IPs.

Hello,

We need a dedicated server with lots IPs from different subnets for emailling purpose. Currently we use caratnetworks since 6-7 months but I need the new datacenter for backup purposes. Our system is really extremely strict and we don't allow spammers. Once we realize someone is doing SPAM, we suspend him immediately.

This is why we are still with same datacenter since long time. We are not simply "maillers" but people with a great system. Please send me offers and recommendations..

Thank you

How many IP's are we talking about, "lots IPs" Doesn't really tell us anything, Your going to need to elaborate.

Are you looking at dedicated hosting plans or co-location? How many IPs? You may also want to let us know more detailed requirements on what you need. This would help.

Hello,

I'm looking for at least 10 x /25 IPs from different ranges.

Even we are sending opt-in maills sometimes ISPs decide to block whole range starting from 0 to 256. Btw we get only 25-30 (sometimes less than it) spam complaints and sending 150+ millions of emails monthly. We never allow spamming but sometimes some clients signup and start doing spam. We suspend them ASAP once we realize what they are doing.

I'm looking for a dedicated server with 8 gb of ram and quadcore cpu. Network should be 100mbit/s, location at US/CANADA, hdd size no problem and bandwidth at least 1 TB.

Thank you for your helps.

You're asking for 1280+ IP addresses... but not caring about the other 1280 IP addresses (or more) you screw over when your activities get the ranges blocked. That's not just numbers which get affected, but other customers, potentially other people's businesses.

Per other threads, most people find a reasonable price for additional IP addresses to be $0.50-$1.00 per IP/mo.

Considering something like that and the hardware, what sort of budget do you have in mind?

Hello,

We don't ruin IPs. And we spend extra efford if they get runied. This is why our current provider accepted us and working together since long time. I myself do blacklist checks weekly btw. I can provide proofs to providers if they need, that's no problem. Last time we hit spam traps, we took care of all complaints and cleared the IPs.

Yes IP pricing changes $0.5 to $1 but not all companies want to work with us because of numbers we send...

Hardware; quadcore cpu, 8gb of ram, hdd size no problem, 100 mbit port, 1-2 TB bandwidth
Budget is no problem.

Thank you.

Sure, everyone has a best system that makes sure the IPs dont get blacklisted but at the end, the datacenter and the other users who are on the range are the ones who get screwed. I would really like to know which datacenter, besides your current one, who will give you all those IPs especially in this day and age where it feels like ARIN interrogates you and make you beg on your knees for new ranges....

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. We don't have a system that makes sure the IPs don't get blacklisted.
We have a great system that is good with all ISPs.

Please guys only write if you have a recommendation or solution. Otherwise I really know how is that a pain in the 4ss. ARIN doesn't justify ranges for emailling, blacklist problems, other problems. We are really aware ALL of these. Please just write if you have something that works for me instead of trying to teach something :-)

Thank you

Any reason why Carat Networks can't meet your needs? They do a fantastic job and if you are with them already then i'd recommend continuing business with them

Holy moley that's a ton of IP's. 150 million? Please. I can almost guarantee that many emails are not legit.

We will never quit from them until they kick us.
I really like their business and Chris as personality.

But we need backup IPs also. So this is why I'm looking for around.

@Dougy;
Last time I started same ticket before I found CaratNetworks (6-7 months before) same things happened. Everyone told I'm sending out SPAM, etc. Thanks for your very valuable ideas that do no help to me.

Anyways I hope I will find a provider.

Thank you

I think you have bigger chances on getting an IP range that follows up instead of 10 different ones. Although I still doubt how many providers are willing to take the risk on this, even if you pay good, spam or getting your range blacklisted can still ruin a company's name
