Our company is currently in need of a level 1 technician for the night shift. Times are below;
11 P.M. - 7 A.M. (7 Days a Week)
You will be responsible for providing support via phone and live chat only (requirements may change, but it is up to you if you would like to expand in the future). Applicants must have a general understanding of how cPanel and virtual machines work. Since this is a level 1 position you will always have the option of redirecting the client to a level 3 administrator. Applicants must also speak and write fluently in English. We generally only accept applicants from English speaking countries but exceptions may be made. Note: This position is for independent contractors only (a.k.a. freelance). We do not hire people under 18 years of age. Payment for this position is made via PayPal and we pay on a per ticket basis.
