Looking For Night Tech

Hello,

Our company is currently in need of a level 1 technician for the night shift. Times are below;

11 P.M. - 7 A.M. (7 Days a Week)

You will be responsible for providing support via phone and live chat only (requirements may change, but it is up to you if you would like to expand in the future). Applicants must have a general understanding of how cPanel and virtual machines work. Since this is a level 1 position you will always have the option of redirecting the client to a level 3 administrator. Applicants must also speak and write fluently in English. We generally only accept applicants from English speaking countries but exceptions may be made. If you are interested in the position, please add me either on AIM or MSN (contact information on profile). Feel free to send an e-mail to me, it's in my profile as well. I also do not appreciate any sort of trashing. If you have anything to say, please add me on MSN and we can chat. Otherwise, do not flame this thread.

Note: This position is for independent contractors only (a.k.a. freelance). We do not hire people under 18 years of age. Payment for this position is made via PayPal and we pay on a per ticket basis.

Notice to Consumers
Thread Summary Please be aware that every offer has limits beyond what is displayed in the thread. You should visit the site advertising and read any Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy they have in place. If you can't find answers on how they measure what you're purchasing, ask. If the offer or request doesn't regard some type of hosting, you still need to research beyond what’s printed in the ad.
  • Research any provider to know what limits are in place, especially with any offer concerning disk space and/or bandwidth. These are generally defined in the TOS or AUP.
  • Read provider reviews. If you find no reviews, create a thread and ask for others' first-hand experience with the provider.
  • If you're unsure on the exact details of an offer - ask. Simply respond to this thread and ask the provider for clarification.

Hello,

I'm very interested in this offer, I have been looking for some on the side support work for quite some time!

May I ask which time zone your times are based off of?

Thanks,
William

Dear Sir,
I'd like to talk to you more regarding this offer over MSN Communications.

When do you think you'll be online again?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,
WHH.
