I got probably scammed by this host, i used their server for 3 days and after then i wanted refund, because my family is moving so i could not run server anymore and they wont give refund, 30 money back quarantee, even live sale support said this "30 day money back without question", sounds scam for me.. just lost my money i think

i dont have any idea about there service but i feel very uncomfortable with there response time yesterday morning i order this server they offer but my bad luck i cant complete my order because of fraudulent status. i already have a server running on other provider my payment method and address are same which fill up there form but why they take me as a fraud i dont understand after this i send a mail as urgent few hours left nobody response then i open a another ticket from there client menu this time i set status critical last option of there system but another few hours gone nobody response i lost my whole day wi8ing for there response but nobody answer then i cancel my order request
im very wonder why they do this to me any way as they very old provider i think they need more manpower for maintain newly customers
