    Google Local Business Listing

    Hi
    If we search any thing in Google, we can see the local business listing first then the organic result. My question is How to Bring our website in Google Local Business? I already configure my website in Google local business but I need more trick to bring my website in top of the Google local business.

    It would probably be the same as how your website appears at the top of search listings. Probably you need to do some SEO.

    I too agree with jweeb it is same as how a website appears at the top of search listings.

    SEO is not the factor for local listings as far as i observed. sometimes it may be ratings, title, keywords, relevancy and many other factors.

    Try to build backlinks from your local sites like .au. SEO process for local listing is same for as we do for any other website.

    Hi Everyone,

    The various data points that determine the ranking of a local business listing is entirely different than what we have know about SEO for so many years.

    It is affected by:
    1. Is your local listing claimed and updated (entirely)?
    2. Does your local listing have citations?
    3. Does your local listing have customer reviews?
    4. Too many negative customer reviews over positive reviews equals not a good thing.
    5. Do you have any links directly to your local listing?

    At least this is a good start of items that affect this process. The list is longer and more detailed, but hopefully this is helpful.

    As an Internet marketing company we are quite engaged in this new local marketing tool.
