Hello,
What is the value of adding more than one security logo in an e-commerce website?

LOTS....shows you are covered etc. It's a reputation thing, as well as, protection for the consumer.

I'm agree, It is reputation and customers can buy without any concerns, but do you think that one logo is enough (adding VeriSign logo only as example)?

Hmm nice this is usful but you have to think of it this way. When you go onto a website do you look at your address bar to see if the website is secure do you look for the VeriSign logo, Do you trust VeriSign. I know I don't but I suppose if I did see it, it would give me allitle sense of security but the whole thing is based on if your willing to spend the extra bucks.

Personally, I have no confidence in security logos because I know how easy they are to fake. I do look at the address bar, and I do look at the ssl certificate details. If I'm shopping on a site I have not used before, I also do some googling and even domain registration look-ups. But I know I'm probably more security conscience than most because that's my day job and it's not something that can easily be turned off. I also know that many do not go through all the trouble and do trust these logos so the couple sites I run on the side do have these logos -- I figure since I'm paying for the service anyway, might as well use the logo they provide (one ssl provider logo, one scanning vendor logo).

Actually, I'm looking at these logos after working in e-commerce field, before that, I wasn't give them any attention.
Now we look at them and feel secure for sites which have these logos because we are working with them as programmers, developers....etc, but may be our customers don't even know what they are mean.
As a result (In my opinion): adding as much as you can is better but not very necessary.

Customers are more savvy these days. They can see whether website is https:// or http://. More browsers make users actually aware if it is in fact secure or not-- firefox will even pop a message if there is something wrong with certificate. In terms of logos, they add "rep" indeed but they don't mean anything.

Although most webmasters/hosts know how easily those security buttons can be faked, the fact is that it 'appears' to provide credibility to your site if you have them. Even those BBB images are starting to make a comeback...
