Well, I'm looking for a really cheap provider as I want to run some tests on a VPS prior to doing it on my own VPS. Basically only specs I need are enough to run Webmin, other than that I don't need anything. Looking for $5-$10/month.
I won't be running any live sites, it's just a test
Thanks
~Karl

Hi Karl,
I would recommend that you take a look at lowendbox.com - there are plenty of providers there within your price range to choose from.
Either that, or as crj- said, there's always the VPS Hosting Offers section
Hope this helps.

No problem, we only found it a few months ago - can be very useful if you need a temporary VPS for a month or so

Does anyone know Webmins requirements? I can't seem to find them on Google or on their site.

www .webmin.com/ udownload.html
for hardware requirements, webmin is just a configuration interface running a dedicated perl web server - it shouldn't need more than 128M, but you need to take into consideration the other services you want to run

lowendbox is a great place to start, but beware there are a lot of second rate hosts in this end of the market, so don't just bet attracted to the lowest price.

Here you are (Debian Lenny): # ps xv | awk 'NR==1||/webmin/{print}'
PID TTY STAT TIME MAJFL TRS DRS RSS %MEM COMMAND
1586 ? Ss 0:01 107 1216 11027 2872 0.7 /usr/bin/perl /usr/share/webmin/miniserv.pl (...)
As you can see 12 MB VSZ is required under OpenVZ (stack size set to 256 kB), 3 MB of RSZ under Xen.
Not bad.

You do not have enough posts for anyone to PM you.
I would also suggest that you take the time to read through the forum rules.
These two in particular:
You may not direct others to contact you.
You may not post any message that is commercial by nature. (Other than in the advertising sections)
