I have installed and running WHMCS, but need ideas how to configure products, payments, links this engine to reseller hosting server and so on.

Have you tried to ask for support at Innohost, I think they will be happy to fix that for you.

Actually you should contact your host first. As some host may do it for their customer for free or for a small fee. As these are very basic job.
