i recently brought a service from santrex
internet service which they sell webhosting and vps and dedicated
i want to complain the lack of service i tried to comunicate with them and keep bombarding me with questions $15.00's later i stil havent got what i paid for
this is for a 109.00 dedicated server
so now i am going to try and file a paypal dispute

PayPal won't side with you for virtual services - sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I'd just chalk it up to a learning experience and move on to a new provider. Run a search here on WHT and you will find more experiences just like yours at Santrex.

Also, you should have done some research. If you do a quick google search you would see a ton of bad reviews and complaints about them.
