where did cliffsupport disappear to?
Cliffsupport used to be responsive and answer emails quickly.
Its been days and a simple request cannot even get the courtesy of a reply. Follow up emails don't get replied either. Been with them for 2+ years and I'm getting ignored.
Its like they have disappeared off the planet...
Any ideas?

Yes.... all my bills are paid up but they just don't answer emails.
Needing to go to anger management after this... if cliffsupport is there.... answer your emails! Thanks.

That sucks if they are ignoring you (if that is the case)... recommand to make sure you have a backup of your site (if you havn't done so already).

This would lead me to believe that either CliffSupport isn't getting your emails or you aren't getting their responses. Check your mail logs and spam boxes.

The issue happened as a technical support opened by Gigaron got closed accidentally. He had contacted sales department today in the early morning and during that time, the sales department was closed. As soon as the sales department was opened, the support ticket was re-opened and the request was fulfilled within 10 minutes of time. The ticket has been completed and closed now. We have apologized for the inconvenience caused to him and have not billed for the support ticket he has opened.
