I am looking for a hosting provider alternative my hosting was in trouble and still is in trouble with some issues.

I am reading a lot of post here related to this provider and it seems like the owner/ceo is a problematic person and I see some aggresion here to his customers, so I do not need to show my information now.

I like to keep the provider information aside untill I know if I change the service to other provider.

I am in a gruop of people with this provider with almost 20 doamins and I like to find an alternative solution to change of provider but I am in panic just to ask anything to him because I see how this provider kick out his customers of the service.

The issues with my actual hosting provider are:

1. No knowledge - basic Q&A FAQ no functinal
2. No blog - information is old last post NOV/09
3. Ticket system delay response
4. Ticket system not send email notification
5. Bad support - The provider offer 24/7/365 and is not real
6. No email notification about changes upgrades or similar
7. Bad credit balance - tricky
8. Bad attitude - Agresive, arrogant, selffish, careles

The most important information here is the provider shows a UPTIME information to his customers and prospects and is not real.

The report show a 100% uptime but in the present motnth and in the last month the provider was in real trouble the system goes down so many times and when is online, is only partialy online, I consider the UPTIME information fake.

Please need advice and help here

Well that is quite an experience you and the others seem to be facing.

What control panel, disk space, bandwidth, do you feel you require? Simple items like MySQLs, FTP accounts etc, how much? Monthly budget?

My and my friends do not need large or complex hosgting we have just simple Flash swf HTML CSS sites

This provider is a real pain in the a**

This provider is cheap but nothing worth all the trouble

I think this provider is some kind of reseller but is there any way to check if it is true.

That sounds like a bad experience. The good news is there are plenty of good hosting companies out there. This forum is a great place to start your search. Good luck.

I see there is plenty offer of hosting but I am looking not for the cheapest but honest and low price not that low something as $7usd per month

They're very reputable, been around for a few years and many clients are satisfied with their services. Sounds like their packages could fit your needs and budget.

I find some options I do not care anymore who is my hosting provider I can tell you how bad is the service of Jixhost.com

That is something really scary and would worry me if I were to be in your place.. A web hosting company builds its reputation based on its support, but if the support as to be this awfull then god bless its clients...

Btw, just curious, which is that web hosting company that you are referring to?
