I think a very long time ago, back when I was still flipping through DC's and searching for the most suitable candidate - our business site was caught in a rather extended period of downtime - or at least that's what webhostingstuff.com is reporting. Now, ever since that period, the monitor doesn't want to continue monitoring our website. It has been some time - I thought it would reset by itself, but it seems to be doing nothing of the sort.
