can lighty push 1gbps on this sever?

here is the sever:
Quote:
Intel E5200 - dual core
8GB RAM
4x1.5TB HDD
1Gbps DEDICATED BW
and my conf file.
Quote:
server.max-keep-alive-requests =0
server.max-keep-alive-idle = 0
server.max-read-idle = 60
server.max-write-idle = 5024
server.max-fds = 42192
server.max-connections = 20000
server.network-backend = "writev"
when the number of connection is over 10000, the speed become slow, at 10k/s.

can this sever push 1gbps using lighty?

well, 10000x10KB = ~97MB/s
seems you are maxing out your 1gbit connection here.

Now I think it's not lighty issue.
I guess it's data center issue.
They said 1Gbps DEDICATED BW, but when I reach 1Gbps, they kind of cap it to 1gbps.
question, when they say 1Gbps DEDICATED BW, is that mean 1gbps average usage?

1gbps dedicated means 1gbps , 1000mbps port. in short. you can push a max of 1gbps bandwidth through the port theoretically.

1gbps dedicated does not mean 1gbps average. 1gbps average is when you have a 10gbps port and you can transfer 5gbps at peak and some 200mbps at non peak averaging at 1gbps

Well, the server can only push 600Mbps max.
My fdc reseller said that might be the HD issue, 'cause it has a lot of 'wa' when use top.

Does anyone have the same issue?

Is probably a silly question... but just to make sure.

You are using hardware RAID right? Rather than software.
