I'm looking for a reliable, flexible and simple creditcard processor.
They should have a good API like PayPal and I should be able to properly fight any chargebacks.

I'd say authorize.net or just use google checkout.

I forgot to mention, they need to accept European merchants (authorize.net and google checkout are US/UK only).

I think Moneybooker might be a good choice if you could register a merchant account with them.
Have a nice day,

I already have moneybookers, they don't accept all creditcard brands nor do they provide a very good integration API (you need to go their site).

You may look into, netbilling, 2co and worldpay... all of them are good depending on which business you are into and what requirements you have.

Dugong, since you seem to know moneybookers already -- we are right now thinking to sign up and use them for customers paying in EURO -- can you share yoru experiences with them a little further? (We use WHMCS shopping card, and there is a module that integrates them. We haven't tried yet .. otherwise use authorize.net for dollars, but can't for Euros.)

I had no problems with moneybookers yet, but it's not a very popular payment website on my site.
And thanks Fionix, I'll look into that right now.

Dugong, thanks for the reply.
When you say "not a very polular payment website" for you ... that means you list them as a payment option as "Moneybookers" rather than, for example, "Direct debit" / "Credit Cards" ?? (I think few customers know them as a company, and no reason they should.)

Another option may be http://www.paypoint.net/ they have also been in business for ages and are a reliable processor.
