• have of 8 to 64 GB RAM
• use SATA or SAS HDD Space from our SANs
• have 2 quad-core AMD or Intel based processors.
• Have unmetered, dedicated bandwidth

2. Premium Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS) that:
• Are in High Availability Mode
• Are supported by a certified staff 24/7
• Can have Fault-Tolerance, Scalability, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and all the other bells and whistles available with Vshpere 4.0 Enterprise Plus
• Can have Fully Managed, Semi-Managed, and Un-Managed Vmware Instances
• Have 1 to 16 gb of RAM
• use SATA or SAS HDD Space from SANs
• have 1 to 6 quad core AMD based processors
• Have unmetered, dedicated bandwidth
• Have the ability to connect to other servers in the same network at LAN speeds (i.e companies can host their entire LANs in our infra)

What happens if the main power room in the building fries like The Planets did?

What about massive internet failure like Rackspace (30 days ago)

What about massive power failure like what happened to Amazons EC2 few months back? (took out Microsoft, Authorize.net, and Amazon EC2 (At the Fisher Plaza)?

Claiming that you have no points of failure isn't the best thing I've seen people do in this business.

I would Claim that you have no Single point of failure inside the building. On your equipment.
