Need Dedicated 8GB+ RAM 15k RPM drive

I am looking for a dedicated server with the following requirements if you guys can recommend me a provider with reasonable price :
    Managed or unmanaged doesn't matter
Processor : Anything close to Q9300 or above in performance.

    RAM : 8GB or more

Hard drive: anything with 15k RPM or SSD I only need about
10GB space so size doesn't matter. Just need one
    hard drive.

Operating system : Cent OS 5 64 bit

Control panel : Cpanel/WHM dont need fantistico.

    DATA BASE : MYSQL

Bandwidth : 1000GB per month upload/download put together
    PORT : 100mbps

Location : I don't care where the server is located as long as I get a latency of less then 300ms from India. I would be willing to pay a bit more for better latency for instance a 250ms or less latency from UK would be a plus. Singapore is good as well just like hongkong.

The price I am looking to pay is less then $300 per month for a server providing a latency less then 250ms from India and if its in the USA I would be willing to pay less then $250.

I would appreciate as many suggestions as you can.

I have used limestone networks for more then a yearand a half and have no complaints atall but foolishly enough I moved my site to an Indian data center and lost the good deal I had at limestone and I am not willing to pay $80-90 more per month for the same box... not that its not worth it but its a mental block as you can understand

Sorry to have typed an essay here.

    Regards
    Parminder

I'd say look in the offers section, there's bound to be something decent. If you need something network-close to India should probably look at a European host or someone who buys bandwidth from TATA.

Obviously managed is going to cost more than unmanaged for the equivalent configuration from similar quality vendors, it stands to reason. So if you don't need managed you probably should stick to unmanaged, if you are price sensitive, as it appears here.

Other advise is the same I always give. Remove the mental block . If you are satisfied with a host, based on experience, it is usually better to stay with the host, rather than start over and risk a problem to save a small amount of money.

One serious issue with a new host, will wipe out any potential savings you were counting on.

Can you please suggest some European host. Tata bandwidth or an Indian host is a big no no provided the kind of service they provide and the extortionate prices...

I looked into it but latency is just too high and my visitors are now used to of 70ms kind of latency so multiplying it by 5 is not a good idea I suppose.

I would be happy with unmanaged as platinum guys have been doing an extremely good job for such a low price over the years...

Please ignore my previous remark... I didint know Tata aquired teleglobe!
Any idea which data centers use them ? It would be interesting to see what latency I get from one of those data centres that use Tata's bandwidth as I am using a Tata connection myself...
