Most hosts leave it up to the end user to develop their own content and get syndications on their own - the free portal content is not offered from the host in question here, its probably actually offered by another free content provider. Tucows sells content, I don't know about anyone offering it up free... Stock tickets you can get everywhere free, same with weather, news, etc...
