Our servers have been optimised to handle dynamic scripts which are often used to create communities. As well as this, we have included extra software on our servers which can be useful to communities, such as FFMPEG (we have full support for PHPMotion) and image manipulation tools such as GD Library.

Along with our server optimisations, all our staff must have experience with communities so they can provide support for scripts used by communities.

Do you outsource support?
No. We like to have control over who exactly has access to our servers and we pick people who not only are highly experienced in the hosting industry, but those who take an interest in community development.

Do I have to pay for support?

Do you resell from another company?
No. We fully own our servers, which we co-locate with the carrier RapidSwitch.

Where are your servers?
Our servers are located in RapidSwitch Spectrum House.

What control panel do you use?
We have a direct contract with cPanel Inc to use their control panel. This also means we get the latest version of cPanel and priority support from their technicians if we ever need it.

Do you allow your service to be used for backup?
Generally, we encourage you to use your space for your website however, as long you put no illicit files in your space, and do not break our Terms of Service, we do not limit what you use your space for.

Do you allow SSH access?
Secure Shell access can be granted upon request. We grant Jailed Shell only however.

Do you offer a free trial?
A free trial can be set up for those interested, please contact our sales department if you are interested.

Is account set up instant?
As soon as your first payment is received, your account is set up.

Do I have to pay for a set period of time?
Invoices are generated monthly, although we offer longer billing periods upon request.
