can any body sugguest me a delaware vps?

1) the server is in delaware state.
2) linux system
3) under $20/month

Have you searched in the VPS offer's section? Delaware is a tough one never heard of any.

I search and query which state their servers locate. only find about 4 providers. but their price is expensive compared with other company.

Well its very possible that there just aren't that many VPS hosts out there, if that's the case then prices can be a bit skewed. If you are local I would check out some local computer clubs/groups and see if they can recommend anyone. But it might be that if you want a Delaware VPS you'll just have to pay the premium.

yeah, there is no much to choose. if still no luck to find a cheap vps. I have to raise my budget.

Do you actually need one in Delaware for legal purposes or something? Because if you order in NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA....all these states surround Delaware, and will be reasonably fast from there.
