I'm not sure if it's possible without being a SPLA. I was needing (20) 2008 Server Web Edition x64 licenses. Let me know if this is not possible, or if it is the wrong forum.

SPLA licenses will need to be applied to the vendor's hardware. It's not for renting on others' hardware. If you are going to rent dedicated servers, ask your vendor about those licenses. Otherwise, you will need to buy yourself.
