Requirment:

everything need to run best PHP site,
Unlimited space,bandwidth, email (512 or 1000mb)
24x7 live and phone support.
instant activation.
unlimited website and domain,
backup and protection.
every site allowed (excluding warz, and hacking, i dont need these dirty stuff)

and very important thing at very low price.(i need great discount for transferring my all site)


currently i have more then 23 website running , but i hate my hosting provider, No support, many errors, most expansive.

Do you mean wire transfer?

The biggest flaw in your requirements is the unlimited space and bandwidth deals. You would be so much better of finding reliable service is you stick to hard limits. Sure there are companies that will provide them, many of them don't know how to handle this and the ones that do will never let you use as much space or bandwidth as you want.

And what's your idea of low price? HG would probably be able to do everything else but you shouldn't go in expecting to use up hundreds of gigs of data and several terabytes of bandwidth.

With a credit card gotten from an Indian bank you can pay on almost any website.

Most web-host providers will satisfy the spec that you have provided. But don't you think it's rather ironic to be looking for the best hosting at the lowest price?

Did God provided you with unlimited life, how do you expect "unlimited space,bandwidth" and that too for cheap.

So if you are searching for cheap, you are going to get everything cheap and that includes cheap quality, cheap support.

The work triangle applies here - good, fast, cheap. You can have two, but not all 3. I find it hard to believe you need to start out with unlimited everything. Have you thought about possibly starting smaller and finding a host willing to work with you as you expand?

The notion is that if you want something fast (eg, support/network) and inexpensively, it'll be of poor quality; if you want it fast and good, it'll be expensive. So if you are asking for the best at the lowest price, don't expect a fast service/support/network in all cases (of course there are companies who have a perfect balance between those three items).
