It's loading fine for me here. If I remember correctly, RackSpace has been having issues with Cloud Sites for the last few days. I'm sure they're on working hard to resolve it.

I have Cloud Servers and I have not had any downtime, maybe they were resizing their services? Cloud Sites are not Cloud Servers.

This isn't true cloud hosting, Encoding.com is using cloud servers not cloud sites. Their cloud servers are nothing but instantly activated virtual servers with high quality hardware. As far as I can see, their cloud servers have no load balancing or clustering services.
