This is a very nice professional and sleek hosting layout. In addition I own the domain redphive.com so if anyone wants to buy that with the template you will pretty much have a highly brandable site to go.
The template utilizes Cufon, which means most of the custom fonts you see are generated in real time allowing for easy customization of the template!
