Does anyone know how to create a Customer Review Section including star rating on a web page for a product under the product description like Amazon.com is shown for all of their products? Is there any open code source available to be integrated with the current HTML codes on the same product description page?

The customer once clicks a button like "Write a Review" then be redirected to a new page to fill out a form with many empty fields and radio buttons for the product review. And after finishing writing, the webmaster can monitor and control the review information.

Does anyone know any company will offer this module package or any open source code (maybe in Javascript) I can apply?

Also, if you use wordpress to simplify the website (CMS), there are many plugins that will do this for you.

How to do what?

Most web hosts have a script installer that will install wordpress for you. Once you've installed it, log in and go to new plugins along the left column. Then there's a search box. Type in some search terms and look at the results to decide which plugin best suits your needs. Then click install. Afterwards, it will ask you if you want to activiate it or not. Choose yes, and then follow the instructions for the particular plugin you installed.
