Question

Any company using the Alabanza unix based control panel and looking to add a new reseller with an existing 10 domains and more on the way please give me a contact point. I love their system and if I could afford the $480 a month to get a dedicated server with them I would. I have used it extensively at Jumpline but need someone who's pricing is seriously interested in resellers.

We use Alabanza servers - they are GREAT!
We also offer a resellers program.

Please stop by our website and check out our plans at: http://www.businesswebworks.com

Thumbs up

Thanks for the info and I've looked through your site several times since I go the message. Its almost what I was after and I might take a small domain at some time to test it but its just a little short of my total needs. Thanks tho.

Have you tried contacting Alabanza directly. Perhaps they "can" tell you who they host (if you ask politely and state your purpose).

Any chance you could share any info you learn? I've looked at a few alabaza resellers too, and would be interested to know what you find out!

Thumbs down

Thanks Matt (of whatuwant) but given this exact (extract)copy of a James Rogers' reply to a request for basic info and the possible activation of special features to swap multiple domains to linuxwebhost I am not as sure of his attitudes to individual customers as you are.
QUOTE
We offer the features that we want to and others offer what they want. Anyone who leases a machine from Alabanza can turn on or off what ever they do not wish to offer.

So I guess the answer would be no I would not change the way I want to do business to gain you as a customer.

I should make two things clear about linuxwebhost.com ....Their packages are very good and the less than encouraging response was prompt from them.
Like the stories of halfprice hosting, if you dont want your individual situation dealt with and are content to take what you are given, this is a good host site

E Weird it looks like the best way to beat them is to join them. I'm thinking of getting together with a small group who are tired of taking 2nd rate deals and start our own direct to Alabanza group, seems about the only way to get a true break.

Done Brian *smiles* check your mail. Until something concrete comes about though I will keep searching because there are so many of us tired of the companies who believe that you can't have service and price.

Question

Nightflames...
Just wondering, what specific services of an Alabanza host were you looking for?

well linuxwebhosting is pretty damn close...shame they have such a poor attitude to individual customer questions ...it raises the concern of how they would deal with an individual support problem but other than a couple of small features I'd say they are the best overall offering for the price. Had they responded with something more than a politely worded "screw you" to this exact question our 12 domains would be there now

Nightflames : What exactly do you mean by customizing the control Panel? How exactly do you do it and what are you expecting to paid?
