Is it possible to load balance cpanel?

Short answer - no

Longer answer - there are always ways of getting some things achieved, but it's not cheap and it's not for the faint hearted

Actually it is possible, but complicated and not inexpensive.
We have gotten this working on our Cisco load balancing gear, and may offer it eventually, but it is not just a 1-2-3 setup, and requires customization on every setup based on client's specific needs.
You also need to do things certain ways or the licensing of CPanel will not connect properly---ie...natting private/internal IPs is no good.
