Ambitious GNU/Linux SysAdmin
Hey all!
I'm in the market for a job right now.
I take a special interest in networking concepts as well- routing, VPN's, VoIP. and the like- but I also greatly enjoy sysinternals.
You can find my resume hosted at http://www.houseoftherisingson.org/~brent/resume.pdf
If you have any questions, please reply, PM, or e-mail!

hmm. perhaps a little more background info would help. some of this will be straight from the resume, some will be off the top of my own head.
let's see.
I have ~5 years experience. I previously worked with Tektonic (in which I managed CentOS infrastructure, and CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu client servers).
I have experience in cPanel and Plesk, a little bit of DirectAdmin.
I can work third shift if desired; I've a rather flexible schedule.
I've recently relocated to New Orleans, LA, USA but previously was located in eastern PA, USA (on the outskirts of Philadelphia).
I run an all *nix network at home- the gateways and routers are linux, my laptop and desktop are linux (gentoo), and my roommates each have a macbook pro.
I strongly believe that running X on a server is a big no-no; i have a pretty intimate relationship with SSH. generally speaking, if you can't do it via the CLI/shell, you can't do it.
I've done a fair amount of embedded implementation (unfortunately, not much hardware hacking other than a little soldering).
I've previous experience with telecommuting.
There's plenty else, but it can be garnered from my resume. I'll post it in here plain-text as a reply if need be.
Lastly, I like pina coladas and gettin' caught in the rain.

and here it is in plaintext.
(pardon the somewhat weird formatting; it's output from antiword.)
