30 minutes a month of FREE remote hands and eyes.
FREE KVMoIP (Maximum of 24 hours per month) or for £10.00 per month you can have a permanently connected KVMoIP module.
Transit:
Primary transit is over Level3 / Global Crossing / KPN / Abovenet / Teleglobe (TATA). Backup transit is from Avensys and Fused Networks in IFL2. Manchester. We also peer in MaNAP, MCIX, and Packetexchange. We use Cisco switches and Advocent KVMoIP modules. We are able to accomodate pre-arranged (escorted) site visits if you wish to work on your hardware and a KVM trolley is available for your use.
