I've been using xensmart for a while now so thought i'd do a follow up review on there services.

I have the 512mb RAM Xen VPS + 30GB Diskspace for £16 per month plan.

The server has 8 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz's, isn't a low budget box.

I'm currently running a Centos 5.4 Virtual Desktop, I've found the response of the server to always be fast, never noticed any disk i/o problems or fighting for CPU resources.

Both Chris and Jason provide a fantastic service, tickets are always answered quickly. I sent in a sales ticket at midnight and Jason replied within minutes with a detailed response (not a canned response either!). All support issues are handled properly and for an unmanaged service they do go that extra mile!

The network is nice and quick, I've not noticed any lag on my remote desktop sessions.

For £16 per month I've no complaints about the service what so ever! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a low cost, reliable VPS.

For those of us unfamiliar with the benchmark output can you summarise?

I'm guessing it's good.

I'm interested in Xensmart and also Server Complete. Different offerings and locations I know.

I'm looking for a low cost, but quality, environment to learn about VPS.

I have almost the same, but OpenVZ on their sister company, PCSmart Hosting.

The benchmark give 820 points, thats very good.
Its the same server type as above.
