How are the chargebacks?

I can imagine and only speculate that in a gaming server industry the amount of immature kids going wild to have permission to order servers from their parents must be a headache only for the parent to realize they are way over their heads.

Therefore asking you to refund them at once if not a chargeback is posed. This is how I see it. Call me ignorant but who plays games the most?

How are the chargebacks in this market. I am not interested in getting in or providing services. Just a curious fella'!

"My lag caused me to die!" "This server sucks!"
- In reality you just suck my friend...

ChargeBacks I can't imagine being any worse than web hosting / dedicated server providers. We don't get that many CC chargebacks but get a decent amount of paypal disputes and we win about 99% of them.

Out of every 100 new signups we get an estimated 5 in-coming chargebacks. It's the nature of the business.

Make sure you be committed on what you committed to provide and draft a good TOS. You can win most of the chargebacks in this case.

Paypal offers no buyer protection on services so you win hands down. The only bad part is the CC Chargebacks which require a little more effort to win.

Buyer and Seller are both not in Paypal protection on services. So buyer just need to open a dispute in paypal first (he will loss) and than call his bank do chargeback process. Buyer will win and seller will loss. His bank make the final decision.
