intovps.com review


I'm with intovps.com since the end of June and I couldn't be more happy for going with them.
Performance is great, didn't notice any slowdowns.

In these months I only had to fill one support ticket and it got handled in about 5 minutes or less. The problem was with openvz not starting the vps on it's new ip.

I'm on their Romanian node and have an average of 21ms ping with the VPS.

It's actually the first local (Romanian / European) host I go with since their reputation in the industry. They also run IntoDNS.com

10:32:09 up 61 days, 1:29, 1 user, load average: 0.04, 0.01, 0.00 - Would of been more if I hadn't rebooted it

very bad support

I tried to do business with them, and unfortunately I can not say anything good about them.

the MOST important part of any type of hosting company is CUSTOMER SERVICE, which sucks very badly at intovps.com, even though they try to make it feel like they care.

The real face of their customer support is seen only when you have even a very slight problem with their system, support or hosting.

The only time when you need the hosting company to be good and caring is when you have a problem with ANYTHING related to their hosting.


overall I'm very disappointed!

i'm not here to prove you anything.

as said earlier, i tried doing business with them, and from the very beginning they showed their poor skills in customer service.

they don't respect customer's needs and they don't respect customer's private data.

that's more then enough for me not to trust them and not to host any serious site with them.

yea, for a 16-17 year old kids to host their homepage they my work just fine, but not anything bigger then that.

after a long search I have found a perfect company who does have good CS skills... they are a bit expensive but 10 time worth it.

Just stop your crazy nonsense and give us the proof. Were you their customer? If you were, please post a screenshot. Otherwise your posts are nonsense.

i was their customer, for a very short period of time... otherwise how would I know about their poor customer service?


and why are you getting so pissed off ??? I'm only writing about my experience... I'm not requiring you to stop using them... if you want you can marry them for what I care...

I know I'm not gonna use them, but you're more then welcome too...

well foobic... if you have read my posts, you can see that I was complaining about their CUSTOMER SERVICE quality, and not the servers itself.

the domain i was gonna use is ae.am and here is the server info they sent me with my purchase:

this all will not work ofcourse, since the server isn't active anymore.


after they(their billing system) charged my credit card 3 times in 1 day, and refused to refund, asked for my private data, then simply ignored it and didn't treat it as they were suppose to.

foobic, I don't know who you work for, or if Adrian Andreias is your relative or something, but I know one thing for sure... this company DOES NOT deserve my money.

That's why I took my business elsewhere and I'd NEVER suggest this company to any friend

with hosting companies, the server itself plays very little role... the MOST important is the customer service!


as far as the screen shots go... sorry, I don't have them, I honestly never keep screen shots to later proove anything to anyone with them )) I'm not here to prove... I'm here to give the community my honest opinion.

And I think it is wrong of you to remove honest opinions...
