I want to clear out some old designs. These were created for different customers, or created as premade, but never had the honor to be sold.

Make an offer! As long as your offer is reasonable, which is $125+ for most of the designs, I can accept it!

Deliverables:
Since this is a clearance sale and I normally sell designs for $500+, I don't offer the full set of my standard deliverables. Here is the list of the things you will get:

- The layered and organized PSD file.
- Fonts used in the design.
- Stock photos used in the design (if any).
- Full ownership and reseller rights.
- Minor changes to the PSD file.

If you want the design coded to valid XHTML and CSS, I can recommend rapidxhtml.com for this, they can deliver the coding for $50 within 4 days. Otherwise, you can find someone on WHT for this. Unfortunately I don't have time to code these at the time being.

Additional pages require coding of the homepage, and using the header and footer of it. And this becomes a full design in this case ($500 in my rate)

I don't believe it is practical to design subpages in PhotoShop, as they are basically html tables.

As I said, I don't have time to code these designs. However here is an option: If you get someone to code my design into HTML and CSS, I can make the two subpages you request for $50. However this will require getting the design coded first, by someone else.

When wrzhost contacted me, I created that design. After seeing it, they wanted a darker design, so I made a dark one: http://www.harzemdesign.com/designs/wrzhost/

They accepted the latter, used it on their website: http://www.wrzhost.com/

So the first one is left, and I'm selling it as clearance
