SolusVM - Two Thumbs Up

When a company goes above and beyond what others normally would, I like to post a good review, and SolusVM (http://www.solusvm.com) definitely deserves one.

Over the past few months I've literally gone through and tested every panel I could find. At first we went with vePortal, but dropped it after a few weeks (I hear v2 is better, but doubt I'll try it). After that we settled with WebVZ, mainly because it's extremely stable and just worked, but it was lacking some seriously needed features... Enter SolusVM.

I finally got around to setting SolusVM up on a test node last week and don't have a single negative thing to say about it or their team, which for me is definitely not normal. Not only does the panel have all of the features we require, it's also really stable. Their install script even did everything right.

But what finally drove me to purchase a license and write this review was their support. I was having a database issue, so opened a ticket (and I only had a trial license). Not 20 minutes later my issue was fixed. It turns out I updated to the latest version about 1 minute after it was released and needed to run the update again (because the original update had an issue that was fixed just a few minutes after it was released and they probably didn't expect anyone to update that fast).

Anyway, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply from either their support system or forum. That combined with the solid performance of the panel makes it the clear winner out of all of the others right now.

I'll be converting all of our nodes to SolusVM in the coming weeks/months.
