It looks like your cart is doubling the price of the first month then giving the pro-rata price of that. Is there a setup fee? I don't see one mentioned anywhere.

Worst ever hosting company in my 5 year online biz.
Managed VPS host they say and do not provide basic setup of VPS.
So they setup VPS and you can not regester DNS.
30 minutes respond time is only if you count autoresponse message from system, (notification of ticket).

I am asking for refund and cancelation of service and billing dep. said they have more then 400 customers so I must contact technical dept. LOL.
When it is cheap it is really better to go away.

You can have your opinion. We have over 399 other customers who are satisfied with their service. I wish you to be happy with another provider.

The fact is that you have ordered a package without a control panel and you did not contact us except to tell us that we should set up your dns... without any precision(!?!).

If you are dissatisfied you can cancel your service within the billing system and we will be happy to refund your money.

Depending of the servers we can have up to 30 on a Node server with 8GB of RAM.
I noticed that the Node servers resources are not even widely used.

Kloxo is safe, if you don't use it for webhosting.

The cart charge you for the remaining days of this month and the month of January. This makes your next bill will be on 1st February 2010.

I worked with VPS and WHM.

Second I logged to kloxo after recieving your mail, changed password
and forgot it !!!

Tried to get it with forget pass tool but no luck.

It is not here about refund.. if you say this is managed VPS, give it than. 3 days my domain is not online and plus before that few days also. I just asking myself, when basic human start is not good what will be when there will be serous problem with server.
