can anyone guide me for following
creation,Suspending,Terminating cpanel accounts using SHELL
MySQL Database restore using shell command
Iam new to VPS, any educational resources plz?

I heard the following php functions must be disabled

i doubt about shell_exec as it gives error during uninstalling an app installed using fantastico

Please explain exactly what you're trying/wanting to do.

Cpanel is simple, /scripts/suspendacct , /scripts/killacct will take care of suspension termination, but I think you can hop on http://forums.cpanel.net for more info if you're looking directly for info on cpanel commands.
