Any Moderator can confirm this ?
I was told by a datacenter owner that his id is being used by multiple employees. So is that a violation ?

Ticket is already there , opened before a day and still waiting for answer. Now I asked this question here and got reply within minutes

Well, that was my first ticket and I forgot that you guys are not offering any service to us that we pay for, so I don't think I should expect a reply from WHT

Yes, it appears - I'm having couple of tickets open since last 5 days and one of them is where I want to pay Inet! I'm still hopeful that we'll get it attended asap.
