vBulletin AdminCP Problem, Isn't accepting changes

Hello,

I'm expereincing a problem with my vBulletin AdminCP panel since I moved my forums from an old VPS to a new VPS. The site never worked fine on the new VPS, but it's working fine (the same copy) on the old server till now.
The problem is that the CP isn't accepting settings changes, and notices changes, and other POST method forms in the adminCP.
When I try to change the settings or save a notice, it displays a blank page with the footer only displayed.
Additionally, the vBulletin news which shows on the main page of the AdminCP isn't showing up too.
Although, I've tried using the forums, I can add posts, and change my password... which means apparently that there's no POST problems in the visitors section.

Actually, My forums are closed since I moved my site to the new VPS which is one week ago. Yet, I'm not able to open it because of the problem I'm facing with it.... I searched google for hours, saw relative problems, but none had a solution that works for me.

My Server Doesn't have Suhosin or mod_security modules, but, using the Diagnostics in the AdminCP, it shows that I should disable Complex AJAX features, but I think this isn't the problem preventing AdminCP from changing settings !!

Tried enabling the DebugMode of vBulletin, and golbally disabled Hooks/Plugins, even though, nothing got solved, When checking the SQL Explaining page after submitting the changes of vBulletin settings, there's no UPDATE query related to changing vB settings !!

Additionally, tried uploading "tools.php" to my admincp folder and accessed it, but it always asks me for the Customer Number, with each submit, it returns me to the same input page asking me to enter the customer number again with no error messages !!

I tried moving the whole site using the full backup method of cPanel and then restored the backup in the new VPS using the WHM panel and everything done successfully, after that I tried moving the database alone using a backup of it from the old server.. nothing changed, and also tried uploading the vBulletin files again, but the problem still remains.

I Checked Apache and PHP settings so many times, nothing wrong or different, and also checked MySQL settings.. and nothing wrong with it too. And I didn't forget to check the error logs of MySQL and Apache.. nothing wrong !!

I give up now, can you please guide me to a solution?

Best Regards

I finally found the solution for my problem..

After talking to vBulletin Support, they asked me to disable hooks and delete vBSEO rewrite rules from apache at the same time and see what could happen.. That time a HTTP ERROR 500: Internal Server Error appeared at the Admin CP.. that was caused by a misconfiguration in the htpasswd files in the account, after deleting the password protection on the admincp folder, everything went working again.

I had to correct htpasswd file's paths to point to correct server paths... my website was hosted in a /home3/ folder when it was hosted on a shared hosting; even though I moved it last year to the first VPS and no problems occured, this problem happened just this time after the second move to a VPS !! Knowing that it was put in a /home/ folder in both VPSes.. really weird !
So this difference in folders what produced the problem...

Finally, I noticed that error (404 Not Found) in the apache logs since the beginning, but didn't expect that this was causing all the problem with Admin CP !!

Thanks
