No I'm sorry we only have the ranges that Arin allocates us. We can however swip the ips with customer information.

I wish we could offer it cheaper but we offer dedicated bandwidth. We do not put 20-30 people on one 100Mbps connection. We have gig backbones to all our switches and each customer has the ability to max out there connection. We have customers who on a 100MB connection hit 80-90Mbps regardless of peak times like at other places. We have customers who order the 10Mbps unmetered and hit a full 10Mbps all the time which really does not even cover there expense.

What happens is when somebody looks then we swip the ips it sub delegates that range to you or your company.

I'm not sure how that site gets there information but you can go to https://www.arin.net/ and do a search on the whois information on any ip address. For example
