Like to verify some network thinking

Three exterior gateways (static IP each) each a different pipe.

Interiorly another IP assigned to a Linux SSL server or for a mail server so this is SNAT.

And the exterior 'default gateway' perform a PAT anytime either of those SNAT servers desires an exit.

Anyway, you can load out traffic on any of the available exterior gateways and this no matter which one was used to get in?

And the providers of those pipes are also immaterial to this process, excepting they set the static IP # for exterior gateway germaine to them?

Nor will it matter from whom you purchased those extra IP's you use to assign to mail servers etc?

    Many Thanks,

Hello using static routes I dont see how you could load balance outbound traffic.

Ok, well let's downstep that a bit.

One interior switch that just splits the outbound SNAT server traffic three ways?

    DNAT
Dynamic Network Address Translation or can be called IP masquerading

I have answered my questions, thanks.

A simple switch can divide the outgoing transmission anywhere along the path or interior backbone. (my summation)

switches are layer2 equipment. You are talking about transport or routing?

Routing and at that crudely, just by percentage.
