well it doesn't really need to be opensource just a free version that will allow a few domains and few email accounts. Plesk only allows 1

DotnetPanel allows unlimited domains for the free version but I am not sure about Email Accounts.

Nice, RavenCore does the same but I don't think it has 'Easy Install Scripts'.

I dont think, ravencore, or any other hosting control panel on market is:
    "
    full php,
    full opensource,
    gpl
    easily installable
    "

Some of them are not full opensource,
some of them contain binary files,
some of them are not installable right away.. you need to deal quite a lot.

Anyway opensource is good, and all play a role in market, all has some good features..

I dont know much about gnupanel or dtc panel, so, I do not say those above about these panels.
But I tested almost all other panels..

btw, one feature that I forgot to say of ehcp: server (files+db) backup /restore from within panel.

So far the best free linux control panel as of this moment is the Kloxo or lxAdmin

    DNP is good.
I know hosts who are offering DNP.
Webuzo - Multi user control panel supporting Apache, NGinx, MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, LiteSpeed, Varnish, WordPress, etc.
Virtualizor - VPS Control Panel supporting OpenVZ, Xen, KVM and has 200+ OS Templates
Softaculous - Auto Installer with 400+ scripts for Webuzo, cPanel, DirectAdmin, InterWorx, Plesk, etc.

I have never seen an open source controlpanel for Windows, even though a lot exist for Linux. This looks interesting but does it work for Windows 2003/2008 with IIS6/7? Anyone tried?

Okay this is a forum asking for a (FREE) Windows hosting control panel. Open source or not. If you know one that is good then post. I don't want to know about any Linux control panels.

    Thanks
